Today I hosted my very first day retreat, and I had the absolute privilege of spending it surrounded by a beautiful bunch of amazing women.

We danced, created, relaxed, laughed, connected, shared, and simply BE. And my heart is absolutely full of joy. ✨

But today also gave me something even more precious - a reminder of why I started this journey in the first place.

I wanted to connect with women.
I wanted to create a safe space where we could be ourselves.
I wanted to share the experiences, tools and lessons that helped me through some of the difficult times in my own life - the things that helped me heal, grow and become a happier version of myself.

And today, I felt that purpose so strongly. ❤️

So, to every single woman who decided to join me today - thank you.

Thank you for giving me your time.
Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for opening your hearts.
And thank you for allowing me to guide you through this beautiful day.

You made my first retreat incredibly special, and I will carry today in my heart for a very long time. 🥹✨
